Purpose
Fairvue Farm wanted to reduce operating costs across its dairy operation by generating clean power on-site, without disrupting daily farm activity.
Our Solution
PurePoint Energy designed a 622kW rooftop system spanning the farm’s main barn structures, sized to offset a significant share of the farm’s energy use.
What We Learned
Large agricultural rooftops can support utility-scale systems when the structural capacity and the roof orientations are carefully assessed early in design.
